Experience the magic of sunset on a guided kayak tour to Devil’s Saddle and Cala Mosca. Suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this tour offers a unique opportunity to discover Cagliari’s coastline as the warm evening light transforms the sea into a spectacular display of colours.
Starting from Marina Piccola, you’ll paddle beneath the impressive limestone cliffs of Devil’s Saddle, following a stunning stretch of coastline with crystal-clear waters, dramatic rock formations and secluded coves accessible only by sea. We’ll reach Cala Mosca, one of the most picturesque bays in the Gulf of Angels, where we’ll stop to relax and, if sea conditions allow, enjoy a refreshing swim before continuing our journey towards sunset.
Throughout the tour, you’ll be accompanied by a qualified kayak instructor, who will ensure your safety while sharing fascinating insights into the history, geology and natural environment of this remarkable coastline.
Lasting approximately 3 hours, the tour combines leisurely paddling with relaxing breaks, giving you plenty of time to admire the scenery, take unforgettable photos and enjoy the sun setting over the Gulf of Angels as the cliffs and the sea are bathed in golden light.
Before departure, you’ll receive a full safety briefing and basic paddling instruction. As the tour returns during the evening twilight, it’s important to follow your instructor’s guidance throughout the excursion. Even a small amount of previous kayaking experience can make the experience even more enjoyable. We provide all the necessary equipment—you only need to bring your swimwear, drinking water and a sense of adventure.
